Payment Policies

Payment is due at the time of the procedure. We accept cash, MasterCard™, Visa™, American Express™, and Discover™. No personal checks, please. Our fees include lab work, counseling, ultrasounds, and anesthesia. Fees also include a post-operative exam two weeks later. We accept most insurance** and HMO plans upon verification by our insurance department. Please inform us ahead of time if you wish to use insurance.
